XactRoute™ is a next-generation assessment and protection company born from the field-tested expertise of SW Contracting & Consulting — a licensed general contractor with deep roots in ADA/Section 504 compliance and real-world jobsite experience across commercial and multifamily developments.

After years of building — and rebuilding — noncompliant infrastructure, we saw a critical need for faster, more intelligent ways to evaluate accessible exterior routes. That led to the creation of XactRoute’s accessibility robot: a data-rich platform powered by slope detection, GIS mapping, and real-time condition logging.

But accessibility isn’t the only risk on a jobsite.
